How does the entire process work?

1. We will schedule a initial 30 minute free consultation call were we understand your business at high level, your day-to-day activities, pain points in the current process, your goals and requirements.

2. We will schedule another 30 minutes call to propose our solution and final cost and timelines

3. First 2 are no-obligation calls, If you are satisfied with our solution and decided to go ahead with the assignment. We will send you the SOW and start the project.

4. We will have regular touch points with you during the project to inform the status and gather any required information.

5. We will demo the final deliverables and work on feedback if you have any.

6. Once the final product is approved and signed off, 2 weeks of support will be provided to address any issues.

How much does it cost?

Development cost:

• Chatbot:

  • Standard AI powered chatbot : Free (with 6 months of subscription)

    (Which can answer all the queries based on information provided, Will provide required information to help you integrate with your website)

  • Advanced AI powered chatbot: Varies depends on requirements, will let you know after the free initial consultation

• Automate/streamline/integrate: Varies depends on level of complexity, will let you know after the free initial consultation

Monthly Maintenance cost:

• Every solution comes with a monthly subscription cost : Starting from 30$ and usage charges.

  Usage charges:

  • Chatbot: First 100 chats per month - Free. After first 100 chats 10-30 cents per chat.

  • Automation solution: Initial few runs per month will be free and will be charged based on the usage.

We will let you know the final cost development and monthly maintenance cost after the initial free consultation.

What is the payment schedule?

After the SOW is signed a small token amount needs to be paid to commence the project. Based on the project size and cost either entire amount can be paid at the end after handover of project or paid in installments after each phase(If its a big project and divided in to multiple phases)
